Harvest Christian Fellowship will resume in-person services on Sunday, May 31, with some precautions in place, including social distancing. Two services will be held, one at 9 a.m. and the second at 11 a.m.
I look forward to this event every year, why? Because I love me some smoked/German/Polish/insert flavor here, sausage!
Sunday, October 22nd will be here before you know it and Saint Joseph’s time to shine with their annual fundraiser...
I was stunned when a certain large church in Houston did not voluntarily open its doors to the victims of Hurricane Harvey. This “church” Is a very large structure that has the ability to hold thousands of people, but it was not initially open to the victims of the hurricane.
A Texas church is being accused of refusing the final wish of a 93-year-old member because she didn't attend church or pay tithes the last two years of her life.
Tithing is important, but how many times do we need to hear about it in church? In this week's Religion blog, Chad Hasty discusses his issue with churches who spend way too much time talking about giving. Let us know what you think on the blog.
