Should The Smoking Age Be Raised To 21 In Texas? [POLL]
Texas lawmakers are debating legislation that would raise the tobacco sale age in Texas from 18 to 21. According to KXAN, included in the legislation would be e-cigarettes and vape.
The legislation has been filed in the Texas Senate by Republican State Senator Joan Huffman, and Lt. Governor Dan Patrick named it one of his 30 priority pieces of legislation.
