Monday on The Chad Hasty Show, Scott Braddock, editor of Quorum Reportjoined the show to talk about the latest political news from the state of Texas and the nation.

Braddock and Hasty discussed the possibility of former representative Allen West running for the chairmanship of the Republican Party in Texas, some of the liberal candidates in the race for the presidency, repercussions of the new hemp law in Texas, and much more.

Asked by Hasty about Beto O'Rourke's status in the competition for the Democratic Party's nominee for president, and his continued moves to the far left, Braddock said,

He's actually in a primary, a competitive one, nationally, and so he's got to compete with these other much more liberal democrats. I think the feeling, among the folks close to O'Rourke, is that he is done running for anything in Texas.
