State of the Taxpayer Tour Coming to Lubbock On Wednesday

The Texas Public Policy Foundation has been touring the state discussing legislation and proposals from this past legislative session. On Wednesday, the State of the Taxpayer Tour will be stopping in Lubbock.

TPPF's Vice President of National Interests, Chuck DeVore, joined The Chad Hasty Show on Tuesday to discuss the tour and gave a few details about the event.

The goal of the event is to provide insight and answer questions about the changes to law that will impact taxpayers.

Wednesday's event will be hosted at Saltgrass Steakhouse in Lubbock located at 6026 Marsha Sharp Freeway. The event will begin at 5:30 and wrap up around 7:00 p.m. The event is free to attend and complementary appetizers and drinks will be provided.
