Should Texas State Senators and Representatives Have Term Limits?

Yesterday on The Chad Hasty Show we discussed how lawmakers in the Texas Senate passed a bill that would place term limits on state-wide office holders, like the Governor. Another bill has been filed that would place 12 year term limits on state representatives and state senators. What do you think about this idea?
