A Levelland man who is also a person of interest in a homicide investigation is looking at 25 years in prison for a slew of drug crimes.

Fifty-year-old Ricky Don Henderson was indicted in December 2018 for possession of a controlled substance and two parole violations relating to previous convictions in Hockley County.

He was indicted again in October 2019 for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance to a minor. KAMC News reports Henderson has accepted a plea deal in the case and will be sentenced later to 25 years in prison.

Henderson remains a person of interest in the 2018 murder of 20-year-old Jeannie Quinn.
