Registration for CHIP and Children’s Medicaid Saturday

Saturday, August 27th could be the last chance you have to enroll your child in the Children’s Health Insurance Program and Children’s Medicaid through the YWCA.

The YWCA has not yet had their registration grant renewed for the upcoming year, so if you wish to register your child, you should do so tomorrow. The registration event will be from 9:30 to 12:30 in the O.L. Slaton Middle School cafeteria.  You must bring your child’s Social Security number, a copy of their birth certificate, proof of income for all family members, and proof of childcare expenses if applicable.
