43-year-old Joe Luis Alarcon of Plainview was arrested on Monday, June 7th for narcotics and firearm offenses.

On that day, Plainview Police responded to 815 Oakland Street after they received reports of 2 suspicious men. The 2 men were suspected of stealing property. Whether or not either of the men actually were in the act of stealing anyone's property was not specified in police reports.
