4 Places to Take Your Kids in Lubbock So You Can Have a Parents Night Out – The Lone Star Mommy
I can't remember the last time my husband and I have had an evening alone. It's definitely rare.
I've read articles and been told that as a couple with children, date nights are essential. They give a couple the opportunity to reconnect with each other on a level that they may not get to with their kids around. It also gives the couple the opportunity to not be mom and dad for a few hours and just let loose and have fun.
My husband and I both have family that lives nearby. However, they have lives, too -- and that doesn't include watching my child every Friday or Saturday night so I can have a date night with my husband.
Many people don't have this option, so they have to find other alternatives.
If you're looking for child care options so you and the spouse can have some alone time, here are a few inexpensive options here in Lubbock.
