Celebrate Longer Days

If you slept all day Sunday or haven't looked at your watch then you might be under the spell of daylight savings time. If you are like me then you might be wondering when are we going to get rid of this springing forward and falling back nonsense so we can just celebrate the days as is. One thing to celebrate though is record store day at Lubbock's best, and pinkest, record store. During record store day you can score some amazing deals on some great vinyls but the quantity and amount will be limited.

Two Hot Shows!

If you didn't attend the bodybuilding show that was in Lubbock then you missed out on a great show. I did have the chance to speak with some of the competitors and pick their brains as to why they wanted to this and how their journey unraveled. I also wanted to know the supplement and nutrition side of that and was able to speak with a sponsor of the show, Gainiac Nutrition, about the different things they offer. While I am nowhere near ready to perform on a bodybuilding stage I did take the chance to try my luck at an eating competition. The Wing Shack Hotter Than Hell Wing Challenge for sure was one thing I only plan on doing once but that experience can be found here.

And Now, Mugshots

These 62 mugshots are of individuals arrested and booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center during the week of March 4 - March 10, 2024. The individuals charged should be presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. All arrestees featured below are those charged with a felony offense.
