Lubbock police are searching for a woman suspected of robbing a central Lubbock convenience store.

The suspect carried a rifle into the Shell station in the 4200 block of 34th Street just after 6:30 p.m. on Monday, April 22nd.

Police say the suspect pointed the rifle at the clerk and demanded money from the register.

She then fled the scene in a gold passenger car with an undisclosed amount of money.

The suspect is described as a black female, between 5’10” to 6 feet tall, and weighing around 275 to 300 pounds.
