The big game of the year has come and gone with the Kansas City Chiefs winning yet again and some think one woman is a lucky charm. Aside from Taylor Swift. Brittany Mahomes is said to be a lucky charm and that's after appearing in the latest issue of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition where we really saw her team spirit. Now we for sure understand the Brittany Mahomes hype and when Patrick makes a visit to the Hub City he will need to take his beautiful bride to an equally beautifully place. There are some very romantic AirBNB's that have people ready to celebrate Valentine's Day.

Scams

While there are plenty of honest people in Texas there are also a lot of people wanting to take advantage of that kindness. Recently the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts Office is warning Texans to beware of scammers posing as one of their offices in a new email scam. More detailed information on what to do and what to look out for can be found here. While we don't want you to be scammed out of your information we also don't want you to be scammed out a great retail experience in the Hub City. Our Emily Claire took to social media to find out what stores Lubbock needs and you might be surprised to find out what some people want.

These 73 mugshots are of individuals arrested and booked into the Lubbock County Detention Center during the week of February 5 - February 11, 2024. The individuals charged should be presumed innocent until convicted in a court of law. All arrestees featured below are those charged with a felony offense. A felony offense is classified by the severity of punishment, ranging from the low level state jail felony all the way to a capital felony. Also featured are any individuals who were held on a Fugitive Warrant or Detainer, a United States Marshall Remand, or Immigration Customs Enforcement Detainer.
