Lubbock police are investigating a local burglary that took place Christmas morning. The Mountain Hideaway, located at 50th and Utica Avenue, was broken into at about 4:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

A police report states that someone used a pipe wrench to break through the glass of the front door and made off with 15 to 20 high-end women’s jackets. The owners of the store are asking local residents to keep an eye out for anyone selling Patagonia, North Face or Kuhl women’s jackets.

Police have yet to name any suspects in the case. If you have any information on who may be responsible, call the Crime Line at 741-1000.
