Juvenile Arrested for Burglary in Central Lubbock

Lubbock Police arrested a juvenile Wednesday evening (Jan. 3) after reports of a burglary in progress.

KAMC News reports, police were called out to a home in the 2400 block of 25^th Street around 7 p.m. for a home burglary. When police arrived, they searched the home and found the suspect inside. The suspect ran away, but police caught him a block away on 24^th Street.

The juvenile was arrested for Burglary of a Habitation and Evading Arrest.

The name of the suspect will not be released because of his age.
