One person was seriously injured after they crashed into a pole in Central Lubbock on Thursday, July 9th.

It happened at around 2:45 p.m. near the Marsha Sharp Freeway on 34th Street and Frontage Road.

KAMC News reports the Jaws of Life were used at the scene, but no further details were given.
