This $2.8 Million Coliseum Style Texas Mansion Is Still On The Market
One of the most distinctive homes in Texas is Still on the market After More Than A Year And A Huge Price Reduction.
Former attorney Christopher “Chris” Pettit, sought Chapter 11 reorganization earlier this year amid lawsuits claiming his firm had bilked millions from clients according to the San Antonio News-Express.
Due to the judgment, he's being forced to sell off his holdings including this 5,800-square-foot property, which climbs a wooded hillside overlooking Olmos Basin.
While Petit Doesn't Live In The Home, A Former NBA Player Was Renting It.
The embattled ex-attorney had been leasing it to former Spurs player and current team exec Brent Barry for $11,000 a month and it originally hit the market at a price tag of just under $4 million.
But now it seems like its priced to move at its current listing price of $2.8 Million.
The Home Was Built In 1986.
The multi-level home features four separate wraparound balconies and floor-to-ceiling windows, which its listing touts as having "views of the Olmos Dam, Olmos Basin and skyline views of downtown San Antonio."
The property also includes a billiard parlor and another room outfitted with life-size replicas of Boba Fett and a stormtrooper from Star Wars. We don't know if those are included in the price.
