Lubbock Restaurant Owner and Accomplice Indicted

This is a follow-up to a story we brought you late last month when the owner of Hot & Juicy Seafood in Lubbock was arrested along with an accomplice during a human trafficking investigation.

Owner of Hot & Juicy Seafood Indicted

According to KAMC, Biwu Liu and Fu Gao were indicted by a Lubbock Grand Jury on Tuesday on the charge of Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution. Liu is the owner of Hot & Juicy Seafood along with several other local businesses. KAMC also reported that Liu allegedly had financial control along with operational management where prostitution activities took place.

Gao was allegedly in financial control of massage businesses.

Undercover Sting Took Place At Several Businesses

KAMC reports that undercover officers at multiple locations run by Liu and Gao resulted in agents being engaged about sexual activities in exchange for money. The sting was part of a larger undercover operation taking place.
