Lubbock’s Pancake House, A Longtime Favorite, Set To Reopen Soon
In August of 2025, a long-time Lubbock breakfast favorite, the Pancake House closed for renovations after the building was damaged in a storm. And after months of renovations and concern about the future of the business, the Pancake House is set to open back up once again.
No Promises, but a Targeted Opening Date
The owners of the Pancake House had posted on Facebook last year that construction would take months.
The storm damage that occurred this past week has put us in a tough position, and we aren’t able to open up for customers for the next few months. But don’t worry! We will do everything we can to make our dining room ready for you and every member of our PH family. It isn’t goodbye, it’s just see you later.
And fans have been waiting and asking when the Pancake would be coming back. According to a report from KAMC, the owners of Pancake House are targeting Wednesday, February 18th.

No word yet on what days they will be open or time. A lot of people like breakfast later in the day, so hopefully they will be open beyond the morning hours on at least one day.
We wish the owners best of luck reopening the Pancake House and look forward to checking it out.
