Being a fugitive could be even more of a hassle especially with the plagues of Lubbock keeping everyone busy. For instance, one of those many plagues has kept our eyes to the skies instead of on who is right in front of us. I'm not talking about the dust storms where anyone could hide but those pesky moths.

The moths seem to be bigger than most people's LP&L bills due to the dryness we have been experiencing but maybe one of those moths could be a fugitive in disguise. That's not actually plausible but maybe a fugitive could hide in a dust storm due to the fact that visibility is low and can be dangerous. Especially with the number of drivers that were born in New Mexico and living in the Hub City, they can't drive.

A real steal is actually those lowered rates that LP&L is giving to residents before the big electric competition begins this summer. We could be missing LP&L this summer as we might be seeing some brownouts from ERCOT. Most of Texas was calmed down when ERCOT said that their grid would be able to handle the extreme heat this year. We will have to wait and see if that is true or just another sweaty promise. So let's take a look at the Texas Anti-Gang Centers most wanted fugitives to keep our minds off the big moths, blinding dust storms, and the possible brownouts.

Every fugitive featured in this article is to always be considered armed and dangerous, and it's advised never to try to apprehend a fugitive. Any tips or information regarding any of the top 10 gang fugitives can be submitted anonymously at or, in case of an emergency, call 911.
