
Cotton Price Risk Management Seminar in Lubbock
A cotton price risk management seminar will be held in Lubbock next month hosted by Cotton Incorporated and Plains Cotton Growers, Inc.
According to PCG, attendees will learn how to use market-based strategies to manage price risk this season.
Topics include: why options on cotton futures are critical to your business; what and how options can work for you; and how to use actionable hedging strategies based on various price scenarios.
The seminar is free to attend and includes a lunch. It will be held Wednesday, April 8, from 8:30 a.m. til 5:00 p.m. at the Overton Hotel and Conference Center.
