Texas Tech Names Michael Ryan as Associate Athletics Director for Facilities
Texas Tech has named another new associate athletics director.
Michael Ryan will serve as associate AD of Facilities and Event Management for Texas Tech Athletics.
Ryan spent the last seven years at Duke University, the last three as director of intercollegiate facilities.
While at Duke, Ryan had direct responsibility for all athletics facilities, including budget, housekeeping, grounds maintenance, and university events.
He also served as assistant director of Facilities and Operations at SMU from 2002 through 2005.
Ryan replaces Ron Damron, who retired from the position in June.
