The commencement speaker for Friday’s ceremonies will be Texas U.S. Senator Ted Cruz. Speaking at Saturday’s commencement ceremonies will be U.S. Representative Randy Neugebauer.
According to the Board of Regents agenda, this could be an option for students entering the universities in the fall semester of 2014.
