Registered Dietician Jennifer Gorman Talks About Best of Texas Event [AUDIO]

Facebook

During Wednesday’s edition of Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, registered dietician Jennifer Gorman discussed the upcoming Best of Texas event taking place at Market Street on July 12th and 13th.

This weekend is the perfect time to show some Texas pride and enjoy some good eating at the same time. The Best of Texas event is going on July 12th and 13th between 11AM and 5PM at Market Street. Best of Texas showcases foods grown or produced in Texas. “We’re really going to be displaying, showcasing, demoing our Texas products,” Gorman stated. “That means you get to try it before you buy it,” she added.

Some of the foods involved in the expo are gingersnaps, coffee, salsa, and much more. While these foods can be found at Amigos and United Supermarkets, the expo will only take place at Market Street.

Make sure not to miss out on this chance to show some Texas pride while also picking up some great products. And at the very least, swing by and grab some free samples.

For more information on products sold from United Supermarkets, visit the United Supermarkets website.
