A man will spend more than 33 years behind bars for the sex trafficking of a child.

25-year-old Chanze Lamount Pringler was sentenced Thursday to 405 months in federal prison, after being arrested on March 30th.

Pringler and his girlfriend and co-defendant Megan Norman sold a 16-year-old girl for sex, giving her food, shelter, transportation, and marijuana in return.

At trial, information was presented that Pringler and Norman would advertise the 16-year-old’s prostitution services on the internet.

U.S. Attorney Sarah R. Saldaña said “The use of minors in prostitution operations is a deplorable practice that is coming under increased scrutiny, and will be aggressively pursued by this office.”
