Neugebauer Has Doubts About Gingrich’s Position on the Supreme Court
Presidential candidate Newt Gingrich recently said he would ignore Supreme Court decisions that conflict with his powers as commander-in-chief . On Lubbock’s First News on KFYO, Rep. Randy Neugebauer had this reaction.
“What if Barack Obama decides to ignore these rulings by the judge in Florida and Virginia sa
ying that his Obamacare is unconstitutional? I think we have to be careful there.”
But Neugebauer said he shares Gingrich’s frustration with activism in the courts.
