Of course, not everyone is in love these days and a law office in Michigan recognized the need for something else. Divorce papers. A firm in Michigan will give away a divorce for Valentine's Day. A Michigan attorney is giving away a free divorce in a Valentine's Day contest.

The Law Offices of Walter H. Bentley III, PLLC says a winner will be chosen based on most compelling and convincing story as to why they should be the winner.

The divorce is limited to an uncontested divorce with no or minimum child custody issues.

It's limited to Michigan residents only.

"I am truly excited to be able to offer this opportunity for a free divorce. People come to my office regularly who simply cannot afford to get divorced in the current economic environment," Bentley said in a statement.
