Mayor Tom Martin Talks About Upcoming Construction on 34th Street
Mayor Tom Martin says work on the 34th Street construction project should begin next month. The project approved by voters in 2009 should take two years to complete. On KFYO, Martin said additional construction to the west is possible.
“We have about $5 million left over in this project,” Martin said. “Hopefully over the next several months if the council agrees to it, we can continue the project far as far west with the existing money.
