Lubbock Police are seeking 17-year-old Miklo Xavier Ramirez for questioning concerning his alleged involvement in a drive-by shooting that occurred this week.

Early Monday, June 15, around 1:30 a.m., LPD reported to the 1900 block of 38th St. on reports of shots fired.

According to police, the 21-year-old victim of the shooting was walking towards his home when he was fired upon from the inside of a moving vehicle. He was taken to UMC with non-life threatening injuries.

Thursday, June 18, a wanted poster for Miklo Ramirez was released. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Ramirez is urged to call the Lubbock Crime Line at 741-1000.
