This weekend's snowstorm turned Lubbock into a commuter's worst nightmare. It's also given residents a completely different look at their city.

This video, uploaded Monday, Dec. 28 after more than 10 inches of snow fell in Lubbock, shows a small part of a neighborhood completely covered.

Outside of the large truck tracks seen in the video, the roads are clearly not plowed -- a decision made due to a lack of equipment and personnel, along with not wanting to further snow-in residents, according to Mayor Glen Robertson.

One thing's for sure: this is Lubbock how you rarely see it.
