Lubbock fire officials are investigating the cause of a Sunday morning fire.

Fire crews were called to the home at 2114 24th Street just after 6 a.m. Sunday.

The home where the fire initially began was completely destroyed by the flames.

The fire spread to one vacant home and an occupied home nearby, and those residences were severely damaged. No injuries were reported.

The City of Lubbock’s Fire Marshal’s Office says that all utilities were shut off to the home, as it was undergoing a remodel.

Investigators say that the fire cause is under investigation, and any witnesses with information are urged to contact Crime Line at 741-1000.
