A long-time Lubbock staple is moving to a new location which may take some people a bit to adjust to.

Fuddruckers in Lubbock announced on Monday that in 2024, they are packing up and relocating to one of the hottest streets in Lubbock, Milwaukee Avenue. Fuddruckers is currently located at 5501 Slide Road. In January of 2024, they will reopen at 6616 Milwaukee Avenue.

The new location will be the old Huddle House location that closed in October.

Milwaukee Avenue has become one of the hottest locations for restaurants and retail shops to open in recent years and it doesn't look like a slow-down is happening anytime soon.

According to KAMC, franchise owners Daniel Stanton and Mickey Rogers say they are excited about the next chapter in the history of Fuddruckers.

“We are excited about this next chapter for Fuddruckers in Lubbock,” says Mickey Rogers and
Daniel Stanton, Fuddruckers’ franchise owners. We look forward to welcoming both our loyal
customers and new faces to our new location.”

The current location of Fuddruckers will stay open until Christmas Eve. Fuddruckers will close at 3:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and prepare to move to the new location. As they get closer to reopening, the exact date for the opening of the new location will be announced.
