Frenship ISD has to Change Tiger Logo used for Frenship High School Athletics

Frenship ISD will have to come up with a new Tiger logo Frenship High School athletic teams.

Frenship ISD recently received a Cease and Desist from the Collegiate Licensing Company to stop using the logo.  The C&D stated that Frenship’s athletic Tiger logo (seen at the left) is too similar to the Tiger logo in use by the University of Missouri.

Frenship ISD says it will comply with the Cease & Desist and will begin phasing out the current Frenship High School Tiger logo.

A new logo should be in place by the start of the next school year.

Just for comparison's sake the trademarked, University of Missouri Tiger logo is shown below.
