‘Family Guy’s ‘Simpsons’ Crossover Hits Springfield in Seven New Premiere Clips

Like it or not, ‘Family Guy”s Griffins will make their way to Springfield this coming Sunday for landmark crossover premiere “The Simpsons Guy,” and no animated universe is safe. Peter will trade chicken-style fisticuffs with Homer, Bart and Stewie will swap pranks, and morbidly disturbing car-washes will be held. See for yourself with seven (!) all-new clips from the ‘Family Guy’ season 13 crossover premiere “The Simpsons Guy”!

We won’t spoil all the fun before Sunday’s hourlong premiere, though FOX certainly seems to be trying by the sheer volume of clips. At the very least, you’ll get a good look at the interplay between the two titular patriarchs, a phrase that proves disturbingly literal when both host a car-wash to find the Griffin’s stolen vehicle. Elsewhere, we’ve got Stewie and Bart trading pranks, a visit to the Kwik-E-Mart, and of course, Brian finding Santa’s Little Helper anything but.

Here’s how FOX describes the ‘Family Guy’-'Simpsons’ crossover, aptly titled “The Simpsons Guy”:

WORLDS COLLIDE ON THE SPECIAL ONE-HOUR SEASON PREMIERE OF “FAMILY GUY” SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 28, ON FOX

In “The Simpsons Guy” episode of FAMILY GUY, Peter and the Griffins get out of dodge and end up in Springfield, where they are greeted by a friendly stranger named Homer Simpson (guest voice Dan Castellaneta), who welcomes his new “albino” friends with open arms. The families get along famously: Stewie and Bart (guest voice Nancy Cartwright) make out like bandits when Stewie trades in his mind control device for a good old-fashioned slingshot; Lisa (guest voice Yeardley Smith) takes Meg under her wing and teaches her the saxophone; and Peter and Homer fight over the best beer in town – Pawtucket vs Duff in the all-new, special one-hour “The Simpsons Guy” Season Premiere episode.

Feast your eyes on the unholy crossover terror in the clips below, and tell us in the comments if you’ll give the ‘Family Guy’ premiere a shot!
