The Lubbock City Council will meet for the final time in 2015 tonight and the agenda is full of controversy. Three separate agenda items will be debated and possibly voted on that deals with guns. Two agenda items put forward by Councilwoman Latrelle Joy would ban citizens from carrying concealed or open handguns during city council meetings.
