Congressman Neugebauer expressed the opinion that we should cut funding for the military action in Lybia, and said the US’s involvement in the conflict was strictly President Barack Obama’s idea. He said that there should be unity between the White House and Congress when it comes to declaring acts of war.

Congressman Neugebauer also briefly spoke about the Anthony Wiener scandal finally ending, and about Texas Governor Rick Perry’s speech in New Orleans over the weekend.

You can listen to Congressman Neugebauer every Monday at 7:35 on Lubbock’s First News.
