Today, LP&L's Electric Utility Board granted citizens access to them. They have decided to let you comment, but for only 30 minutes. You see, you own LP&L but those who run it can't be bothered with having to hear your opinion. The all-knowing E.U.B. members have too much to do and don't want to hear from the rest of you.
