A bill introduced by Senator Ted Cruz offering reward money for information has been passed unanimously by the Senate.

The bipartisan bill authorizes up to a $5 million reward for information leading to the capture of the murderers of Isreali-U.S. citizen Naftali Fraenkel.

On June 12, 2014, Hamas terrorists kidnapped and murdered Fraenkel and two teens, Gilad Shaer and Eyal Yifrach, of Isreali nationality.

“The Senate has sent a unified message to the world: we will not rest until the Hamas terrorists responsible for the horrific murder of Naftali Fraenkel are found and justice is served,” Said Cruz. “I commend my colleagues on both sides of the aisle for recognizing that this is a critical moment to stand with Israel in the fight against radical Islamic terrorists who want to destroy the freedom inherent to the American and Israeli way of life.”

Along with Senator Cruz, Senators Bob Menendez of New Jersey and Senator Marco Rubio of Florida sponsored the bill.

A PDF of the bill can be found at Senator Cruz’s website.
