13 People You Should Follow on Twitter in 2013- Lubbock Edition

As many of you know, I am a huge fan of social media and the changes we have seen since social media started growing. We all like to be connected and to know what is happening in the world and with Twitter we can be. I use Twitter to interact with listeners and to find out what is happening in the world. Information spreads so fast now, you can often see something on Twitter before FOX or CNN has it. Over the next few days, I will be posting 13 of the Twitter accounts I believe you should follow. It will be a mix of politico's, bloggers, sports guys, entertainment, and just people that I enjoy following. It will tough to only list 13, but that is part of the fun. Now, I don't always agree with some of their tweets, but these people are active on Twitter and put out some good stuff. Of course you can always follow me on Twitter, @ChadHastyRadio.

Here are my 13 to Follow in 2013 for Lubbock:

@corydonrogers- Cory tweets about everything going on in Lubbock and is a social media guru.

@CoryDavenport- Conservative on Twitter that closely follows politics, and has some great things to say.

@RandyNeugebauer- Represents the 19th District. Want to know what is going on in D.C.? Follow your Congressman.

@JohnOsborneCEO- Keep up to date with what is going on with the Lubbock Economic Development Alliance, Market Lubbock, and Visit Lubbock.

@LubbockChamber- Always important to keep up with what is happening with business in Lubbock.

@allencorbin- Politics, sports, humor, offending people... that's Allen Corbin on Twitter! Just don't get on his bad side.

@ChristMarsh4- My co-host on the Saturday edition of The Chad Hasty Show. Could be one of the most conservative people I know. Oh and he likes to debate about anything at anytime.

@TechFitz- Host of The Sports Shack on our sister station 1340 The Fan. Where sports and Texas Country collide.

@RyanHyattWHShow- He may not be on the radio anymore, but that doesn't mean he has stopped tweeting. Sports, politics, humor, and little West Texas honesty is what you will find here.
