Vance Ginn Shares Goals of Texas Public Policy Foundation

Tuesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Texas Tech University alum Dr. Vance Ginn, Chief Economist at the Texas Public Policy Foundation, appeared on the program to talk about their organization's purpose, and their goals for the state in the near future.

Ginn and Hasty discussed the policy orientation that TPPF held for legislators and leaders in Texas, with Governor Greg Abbott, Lt. Dan Patrick, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, and other officials. Subjects included in the orientation included property taxes, taxpayer funded lobbying, criminal justice reform, and the state budget.

"Our main message from the TPPF was: That we to keep Texas, Texas. And how you do that? Well we need to look at life, liberty, and really the pursuit of happiness, and think about how to create this economic environment where people can prosper," said Ginn.
