The U.S. House has voted to repeal Obamacare.

Wednesday afternoon, the U.S. House of Representatives voted 244 to 185 to repeal the healthcare reform law, according to Pete Kasperowicz of The Hill.

Only a few Democrats supported the bill to repeal the “Affordable Care Act”, which was green-lighted by the U.S. Supreme Court on June 28th.

A very similar measure has been introduced in the U.S. Senate by Minority Leader Mitch McConnell, but action is unlikely. The Senate currently has 51 seats controlled by Democrats to the Republicans’ 47 seats, with two left-leaning independents.
