Wednesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Gregg Roman, Chief Operations Officer for the Middle East Forum joined the broadcast to discuss the news that the U.S. will officially recognize Jerusalem as the capitol of Israel, and will be moving the U.S. embassy to that city.

Roman and Hasty talked about the timeline and history of the issue, regional implications, and the real estate issues involved.

About the decisions overall, Roman said,

I think that President Trump is starting a new chapter of American involvement in that region, and it's probably the most correct chapter that we've had for a long while.
