Top Ten Ranked Sex Offender Arrested in Lubbock

A man with family ties in Lubbock who had just been put on the state’s list of 10 most wanted sex offenders has now been arrested.

KAMC-28 said DPS confirmed the arrest last night of 41-year old Ronald Dee House. House reportedly was arrested at the Villa Hotel last night. He was said to have been living in Lubbock for several months.  His son who lives in Lubbock, Ronald House Jr., told KAMC  that last he knew his father had been living in Dallas.

House was sentenced to 22 years in prison for breaking into a Levelland home in 1995 and trying to sexually assault a woman. In 2005 he was paroled to Van Zandt County but last October stopped registering as required as a sex offender.
