On Tuesday's Chad Hasty Show Tommy Hicks, Co-chair of the Republican National Committee, joined the program to talk about the campaign efforts underway to see President Donald Trump firmly reelected to the White House.

Hicks and Hasty discussed the online rally and fundraising efforts, as well as the mail-in voting controversy, and how the coronavirus crisis has affected the campaign.

Hicks said, "We've accomplished a lot. We have over a million volunteers in our grass roots army, and that's huge. That's what it's going to take. We're going to have to work harder, smarter and better than the other side. We're really excited, there's a lot of enthusiasm."

Summing up the Trump campaign progress so far, Hicks said,

We had a record first quarter fundraising. We're sitting on a war chest of 255 million dollars. We're 288 million dollars ahead of where President Obama was at this stage in his reelection. The enthusiasm is real, it's happening, and our movement is growing every single day. We're thrilled about this, we're very optimistic about November and four more years of President Trump, and also retiring Nancy Pelosi.
