We're all looking for the best ways to stay healthy during the coronavirus pandemic. Staying healthy and eating healthy can go hand in hand. Brenda Garcia with United Supermarkets joined me this week on the phone (social distancing) to talk about how the right foods can give your body some defense.

Garcia talked about Vitamin C, and while supplements can be helpful, they're called supplements for a reason. She suggested eating foods that have a good amount of Vitamin C. That includes oranges and red bell peppers. Garcia also suggested strawberries and even potatoes to help your body put up a good defense.
