Thursday on KFYO Mornings with Dave King and Matt Martin, The Car Pro Jerry Reynolds joined Dave and Matt to talk about his test drive of the week, as well as other auto industry news.

This week The Car Pro was test driving the all-new 2019 Chevy Blazer, which Jerry says people have had a lot of interest in this week. Reynolds said that when people think of the Blazer, they often think of the Chevy K5 Blazer and the S10 Blazer, but that this one is very different from those two, and actually falls between the Chevy Equinox and Traverse. The mid-sized, 5 passenger, SUV has a nice interior, a V6 engine that puts out 308 horses, good cargo room, and great handling. Jerry was driving the premiere edition of this car, which he said was top of the line with leather seats, heating or cooled, and a panoramic moonroof. "Just a really nice package," Jerry said. The car also comes with the safety features that many come with nowadays including a rear view camera, forward emergency braking, lane departure assist, and blind spot warning.

"Overall just a fun SUV to drive. I was really impressed with its build quality."

Jerry also talked about some stories on his website carprousa.com, including one that will tell you where and when to watch the upcoming Barrett-Jackson Palm Beach Auction, as well as a story on investigations into 3 million Hyundai and Kia vehicles that have been catching on fire.
