Texas Tech Pitcher Hunter Dobbins & Brazos Valley Bombers Take Home TCL Championship

On Tuesday night the Brazos Valley Bombers were looking to take home their 6th TCL Championship and no, that isn't a championship that I, Tucker C. Lowrance created. In reality, it is the Texas Collegiate Championship, but I'll pretend that it's named after me.

Texas Tech pitcher Hunter Dobbins is on that Bombers squad and played a pretty big part in helping them secure their 6th TCL Championship in the last 7 years. Dobbins contributed 3 RBI for the Bombers and finished the game on the bump with a final line of 2.2 innings and one strikeout.

During his freshman season for the Red Raiders last year Dobbins pitched 26.1 innings, compiling 24 strikeouts and 11 walks. He also had a 2-1 record along with picking up one save.
