Texas Tech Red Raider Football suited up 16 seniors Saturday night as part of the final home game of 2019 against Kansas State.

Among the 16 seniors were three starting offensive linemen: Madison Akamnonu, Travis Bruffy and Terence Steele. The group has started most of the games in the last three seasons. There were several more offensive starters, including Donta Thompson and R.J. Turner.

Defensively, the seniors were a huge part of the production at every level. On the line, Broderick Washington, Jr. At linebacker, the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year candidate Jordyn Brooks. And in the secondary, Douglas Coleman, this year's Big 12 leader in interceptions.

Texas Tech also honored Malik Essilfie, Lonzell Gilmore, Armand Shyne, Bailey Smith, Desmon Smith, Christian Taylor, Jackson Tyner and Quentin Yontz.
