Texas Fantasy Sports Alliance Fighting to Keep Fantasy Sports Legal in Texas [INTERVIEW]
Tuesday on The Chad Hasty Show, Scott Dunaway from Texas Fantasy Sports Alliance joined the broadcast to talk about his organization's efforts to define fantasy sports in Texas and ensure play continues to be legal.
HB-1457 has been filed in the 85th Texas Legislature sponsored by both Democrat and Republican members, with the intention of clarifying and affirming the legality of fantasy sports in Texas.
During the interview Dunaway said, "Fantasy [football] is a game of skill in this state, and we need to clarify that in the legislature, so that players can continue."
