We've all seen the headlines of jobless claims and businesses that have closed either temporarily or forever. We've seen the headlines about the deaths due to coronavirus, but something that we won't have a real grasp on until later is how many people are suffering mentally.
According to the Washington Post, a third of Americans are now showing signs of depression or anxiety. And that number will probably only go up.
So, this weekend take a break from it call. Care for family and friends and be there for each other. We all need it.
