Author of SB 2, Senator Paul Bettencourt sat down last week with us to discuss the Senate version of property tax reform and why Senator Bettencourt is such a proponent of a 2.5% trigger. Bettencourt also discussed the timeline of legislation and the chances of legislation becoming law.
